The House:

We bought as our first home just two and a half years ago. We have spent everyday since renovating and making a home. Every room has now been newly upgraded!

Mid-terrace home away from street noise, in Northlands Park Neighbourhood

Shared Living room - Super fast wifi through-out house. We have a Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription for the house.

Shared Kitchen - Large kitchen which has just been remodelled!! Stainless steel fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining room table, oven and microwave.

Shared Downstairs Bathroom - All brand new, just been finished. Electric shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. You can keep your bathroom belongings in the cabinet here.

Shared Upstairs Bathroom - Newly renovated earlier in the year. Bath/shower combo, toilet and sink.

3 Bedrooms Upstairs

Newly done backyard with new patio, patio furniture and artificial turf. Looks great in the summer.

The Area:

5 minute walk from the beautiful Northlands Park perfect for a run, walk, picnic, or for fishing.

Tesco Extra is a 2 minute drive away or Sainsburys is a 5 minute drive in the other direction.

Pitsea Station is about a 4 minute drive, half hour walk or £4 taxi.

Basildon shopping center about a 5 minute drive away. Festival Leisure and Fitness First a 6 minute drive away.

Bus stop 1 minute walk.

Easy access to A13 and A127

Parking is a shared parking lot if space or along the entry road

About Us:

We are a couple aged 29 & 30. Marc is an Engineer and Samm is Canadian and works in recruitment. When not at work we like to go for a walk or run or hit the gym, go out for dinner and or a drink or meet up with friends and family or chill out with a movie and glass of wine. Marc likes to go to the gym and is learning Spanish. Samm likes cooking and spending the day out in London. Our spare time will also include making our home a better and better place to live! We are tidy and respectful.

About You:

Working professional between 20 and 35. Must be clean, tidy and respectful, we'd like you to treat our new home as if it was yours. A bit of banter and chit chat is welcome! Normally working hours preferred as Samm works from home most days.
