Double room to let approx 13 ft x 14 with limited head room to one side and is furnished with full length wardrobe seperate draws plus bedside table tub chair and single bed. This is a bedsit only but with space in the kitchen to sit at the table or a small study for reading if you want to escape the room there is one bathroom and two toilets. This is my home therefore would suit a professional female of any age who is tidy and willing to close windows and generally help towards securing the property before leaving. Full time daytime employment would be ideal. The house is approx a 15 minute walk from Benfleet train station and Sky TV including movies and sport is provided as there is no use of the main lounge. References/ID Required. I work for a national company and proof of my own ID will be shown before contract is signed.
