Double room...ideal for commuters
Hello, I am about to start renting a 2 double bedroom flat in Benfleet on 22nd August, I am looking to share with someone. The flat is located approximately a 5 minute walk from Benfleet train station so very ideal for commuters, it also has 2 private car parking spaces. The rent of £450 includes all bills (wifi, Sky TV, water, electric etc.) The flat is lovely and will have everything you need, except for your bedroom furniture, although there is storage space in the bedroom that can be used as a wardrobe.
I’m female, 24 years old and work full time in Dartford as a PA. I’m very easy-going, clean & tidy and friendly. I enjoy going to the pub and socialising with friends. I am looking for someone who also works full time and is sociable and courteous around the flat. No DSS accepted, sorry.
