We have a two bed house in a nice quiet road
Close to Billericay Station and High street
Double drive for you to use.
Garden and small patio area for entertaining
Fitted kitchen and utility room.
shared bathroom with Bath + Electric Shower Tv and Sky + in bedroom
Unlimited fibre broadband and use of sky cloud when out and about
We work Monday to Friday and I am at the gym most weekday evening so you can do your own thing
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy bubbly and outgoing.
Room will be freshly decorated
As you can see i dont mind couples but the rent will need to reflect this, due to more gas and electricity being used
