I have a nicely furnished double room available to rent from 1st March 2015. There is plenty or storage space, a double wardrobe, own TV with Freeview, WiFi, and all bills included in the rent. (land line not included) and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other. This room overlooks the garden

I live in a fairly new house on a new development situated beside a picturesque river on the outskirts of Braintree and within 10/15 min walk into Braintree Town. Public transport nearby. I also have a well behaved dog and cat.

Within easy driving distance to A12, M11, A120. A130/1 and M25 and Stansted Airport 20/25 minutes Drive.

I am looking for a clean, quiet, considerate and professional person to share my home and to mix in well with me and the other two tenants.

There is Parking but not off street.
