Hi, I have a Large double room avalible to let.
It is fully furnished with bed and bedding, new mattress, wardrobe with draws etc, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, LCD TV, Freeview, DVD player, xbox supplied as well as super high speed broadband with unlimited downloads.
We have a shared living room and bathroom with shower and 2 toilets. Although microwave etc in bedroom the use of all kitchen facilities are available as well, nice garden for the summer. parking is available outside the house, there is also a bus stop right outside in case you don’t drive. the bus takes you to town. Train station at Free Port only a few minutes walk, it has all the latest discount stores, cinema, bowling and much more.
On your our door step is a 24hr petrol station and shops and just around the corner is McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut etc.
We are a friendly house and I have little fluffy dogs and a cat. My pets are also very friendly.
Please note the deposit for the double room is 280 plus one week in advance total £420
