This apartment is within walking distance of Braintree train station, the town centre, Freeport Shopping Outlet and a short journey to Stansted Airport and the M11.
I am a live in landlord with 2 very friendly kittens.
All bills, council tax and wifi included. Clean and tidy shared living areas with a good size kitchen/diner and bath/shower. Also, a personal parking space within a gated area.
I work Monday - Friday and would prefer a working tenant.
