Bedroom in large semi-detached house

We have a large first floor bedroom for rent. Its furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and two double wardrobes. We have a shared lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms and a large 100ft garden. We have a dishwasher(!!), electric cooker and microwave. There is a cleaner once a fortnight that cleans the communal areas so the house is lovely and clean.

There is NO PARKING available.

My mum owns the house but doesn't live there, we keep the attic room for family use as I live in Leicester and like to have somewhere to base myself when I come back to visit. There are three lovely people, two guys and a girl, currently living in the house. They are all professionals working full time so looking for someone who can respect and appreciate this as well as respecting the house.

The house is two minutes walk from town and a ten minute walk to the train station, which is a direct line to London.

The room is clean, light and airy and is available as of 1st March. Money is as follows:

£350 deposit
£385 rent per month

The money is due up front as you move in and the deposit will be returned as you leave providing there has been no damage to the property. All bills are included in the rent including BT Infinity broadband with wifi.
