Double Room to Rent nr Shenfield St

Hello!

I've a spacious double room available for rent (£450 per month including bills) that™s available from 1st April 2015 (Advertised on this site). I'm looking for a female housemate as I tend to find the dynamics generally a bit better with all girls or two girls and a guy.

The double room includes wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space plus a TV points and fibreoptic wireless internet access and generally you'll only share the bathroom with my other housemate (I've an en-suite in my room).

I really love lodgers that treat the house as their own and make themselves comfortable so when I say the rental includes shared lounge (which include Sky TV), kitchen (includes a dishwasher) and garden (including big shed with weight machine - barely used!) I really mean it. :)

We are within easy walking distance of Shenfield station (0. 75 miles) and it takes less than 25 minutes from there to reach London Liverpool Street. The area is quiet with no noisy neighbours and off street parking is available.

I am 35, friendly and cheerful. I work in London so in the week just tend to come home at night and collapse and watch terribly addictive programmes such as Walking Dead, Grays and the awful I live with models! :)
I'm fairly clean and tidy and I like to read but am also happy to chat or go out on a night out with my housemates! My other housemate is 27 years old guy, he's also really funny and great company. My outgoing housemate is sadly (for me!) moving in back home to Australia with a nice promotion. :)

I also have two cats, the male is very well behaved, never scratches and is known to be affectionate when he wants - particularly around dinner time, the female is very cute and affectionate and loves playing - no intention of adopting any more!

Smokers are welcome so long as they smoke outside (there is shelter in the garden if your so inclined), but please no couples living in one room - its purely from a more people less space consideration. I don't mind partners staying over a couple of times a week but not all the time please.

Rent includes all bills (although there is a shared kitty for things like milk, kitchen foil and dishwasher tablets - currently about £10 each every 2 months).
