One single bedroom in modern house, Brentwood

This room is available from Mon - Fri (the occasional weekend if needed) and would be perfect for someone who is commuting as it's only 10 minutes walk from the train station which directly takes you into Liverpool Station within 40 minutes.

There is currently myself and my partner living in this property with my 28 year old daughter staying every other night.

The room has a single bed but a double could be purchased if this is preferred. The room is one of the two bedrooms in the loft conversion so is out of the way and more private than the rest of the house (the other bedroom is unoccupied).

The price includes all bills and internet. Access to the full kitchen and bathroom are obviously included. There's free off street parking, as well as there being a space on the drive.
