The flat can be accessed by a lift. The living space is un-overlooked and has a fantastic view of the London skyline.

It's a new-build flat, which I bought from new in September 2013. It's within the grounds of the old Warley Hospital estate, which has now been converted into luxury apartments and it set in gorgeous grounds maintained to a very high standard.

Only 1/2 a mile from Brentwood station in a very quiet, leafy area.

Flat has all you would expect from a brand new flat in terms of kitchen appliances & white goods etc.

Solid oak floors throughout, but tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms.

Sky TV and Unlimited Broadband WIFI.

The flat is fully furnished, the room furnished with a Laura Ashley double bed, shelving unit, fitted wardrobes and a Flat-Screen TV.

The room DOES include an allocated off-street parking space (which is at a premium on this estate!)

I am a secondary school teacher and I have two gorgeous and friendly cats.

I would IDEALLY like to share with a gay guy or a girl, but that's not set in stone.

The rent is £750 pcm. This INCLUDES ALL bills, council tax etc, TV services etc. The only possible expense will be if you use the home phone excessively.

My current flatmate and I currently pay £25 a week between us, for the flat to be thoroughly cleaned and for our bed-sheets to be changed. This is not included in the rent. This is optional if you would prefer that we clean ourselves...
