Hi there,

I have a bright double room to rent in my flat only 3 minutes walk from Brentwoood station and High st. It comes with a parking spot too.

The room is fairly neutral and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but can be removed if you want your own furniture. There's a good-sized living room and kitchen (with balcony), and an amazing view of London! There are two bathrooms in the property. The loft room has an en-suite so you would be sharing a family bathroom with one other person (a lovely paramedic who does shift work). The two guys living there have lived there between 2-6 years. Previous tenant was there for 3.5 years so it’s a happy home. I manage the property myself so quick to action any issues and no estate agents to deal with!
