We are a working couple, living on the top two floors so we share the front door of our town house - and we share the washing machine, which is under the stairs in the hallway.

You will have sole use of the fully furnished & fully equipped rooms on the ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge, which leads to the secluded garden. There is a TV, DVD Player & a mini Hi-Fi in the lounge with excellent BT Infinity Plus wireless broadband. There is no oven in the kitchen - only a microwave & an electric hob.

We are looking for a single, professional person (strictly non-smoker) wanting a quiet life. We are just 5-7 mins walk from Brentwood High Street and 12-15 mins walk from Brentwood Station. There is no allocated parking & street parking has a weekday time restriction between 10-11am.

£900 pcm in advance includes all bills. No extras.

One months rent (£900) is required as a deposit to secure.

References will be required prior to any agreement being signed.
