Looking for a Lodger to share my 3 bed house. The room is a spacious bright, airy double. The house is 20 mins walk from Brentwood Station and 3 min drive from A12/M25 junction. The price includes all utilities, fortnightly cleaning and unlimited Fibre wifi. There is a downstairs loo as well as an upstairs bathroom, dishwasher, tumbledryer, etc
I am a non-smoker and am looking for the same. I currently have no pets, but I'm very fond of cats, so I am more than happy for you to bring yours.
I work from home during the day, but am out most evenings - I play fiddle in a number of bands. I'm looking for someone who works daytimes, and is friendly, sociable and tidy.
