I have a very nice Single room available only a few hundred yards from Brentwood Mainline Station, The house is in a quite Clue-de-Sac, with no through traffic. It also has use of shared Kitchen & Bathroom, and there is a lock on all bedroom doors. Off Street Parking. All the bills are included for £140 PW. There is no deposit to pay, however I will require a minimum of a weeks rent or a maximum of a Months rent upfront depending on how offend you get paid. Plus I need the last Months rent of your stay (The Notice Period) paid up front, therefore to move in I would need a minimum of £700. Or £1,213 for monthly paid.
