I have a Double room available in Brentwood only a few hundred yards around the corner to the Main Line Railway Station, at £150PW. There is a shared Kitchen and Bathroom, and small Garden. There is also 2 Parking bays at the front of the house. The road is a Cul- de-Sac, which means there is no through traffic and nice and quite. There is no deposit required. All I need is the first weeks rent & the last 4 weeks rent. So £750 all together to move in. If you wish to leave the room, I require 4 weeks notice & the rent would have already be paid for this period so no further rent required during the notice period.
