flat is 7 mins walk to Brentwood station and right on the doorstep of the high street. I'm a live in landlord and the flat is modern and a duplex (my bedroom and bathroom is on the top floor. The room is unfurnished but has a fitted wardrobe. I'm fairly laid back and don't spend a lot of time in the flat in the week as I work in central London but am usually around at weekends. Like time to myself but equally happy to socialise. Looking for a professional who is clean and tidy and doesn't want a wild house. The pictures of the bedroom include old furniture from before I bought it but otherwise the condition is the same.
