Double bedroom in beautiful flat available

We have a fully furnished good size double bedroom in a beautiful flat (with double balcony) 2 minutes walk from Brentwood train station on a quiet road.

The Rent:
Rent is £500 pcm. Flat is double glazed throughout and always warm, so bills are roughly just £25 pcm!
(exc. council tax)

The flat:
3 large double bedrooms, all furnished, 1 white and modern 'family bathroom' and 1 en suite.
A spacious open plan kitchen (with dishwasher) and lounge (leading to a balcony) with leather sofas and oak dining table.

The flatmates:
We're looking to replace our current flatmate who's having to move for work.
We're two 20-something female flatmates, both non-smoking and both primary school teachers!

We're a flat that shares the cooking and take a day a week to brave the frying pan / oven. No one is gourmet but we all make a few good family meals. If you don't cook, don't worry; we're not fussed either way.

The house is often filled with coloured card and laminating sheets due to the day job but there's always gin to be drunk.

We'll regularly watch some TV or a film together on the sofas.

We have our own social lives and go 'out out' on the weekends and during half term!

We're a clean house (not anal) and just do what needs to be done to keep it that way. We're wise enough not to need rotas.

What we looking for:
It's our 1st year of teaching which means we do a lot of hours.
We're looking for someone who appreciates that so doesn't mind a quiet home during the week and who'll share the sofa and the gin drinking with us...

We're looking for a non-smoker, professional (or masters/PhD student).

When It's Available?

Anytime after the 14th February.
