Large Single Room in Bookish House

This would suit a professional person such as a teacher, social worker, health worker and so on or someone ( who might not be a professional ) interested in reading and occasionally talking philosophy or politics and who would like to live in a quiet, but friendly, relaxed and happy house. For most of the time you will be sharing kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and large lounge with one other person ( twenty five year old sporty, straight, male who likes reading and is learning to play guitar ) and the landlady ( me - a 55 year old gay woman who is a an English teacher with a lurcher ) who stays over one or two weekends a month and odd days in school holidays. So far, I have had the most wonderful tenants who have got on famously, so it is important to me that the house feels like a home for all.
