Hey there, I've decided to rent out my spare room. The house is situated in Brentwood, a few minutes walk away from a Tesco, about ten minutes away from the train station and fifteen minutes from the highstreet. There is a nice park nearby also in addition to a gym.
The room has a large triple wardrobe and a built in double wardrobe.
House has fibre optic broadband, a garage for storage, parking space, dishwasher and outdoor table and chairs etc.
A cat lives in the house, his name is Leo. So somebody with a positive attitude towards cats and all of the joys (and horror) they provide would be a bonus.
