Nice, clean, double room, lots of storage space

I have a double size room available for single occupancy, having a double bed fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
We are a quiet friendly household and get on very well but also give each other space and privacy.
I have an African grey parrot and 2 breeding Conures, and a small dog that are part of my family, your room is provided with a baby gate and the dog will not be allowed in your room.

We share the kitchen and you will be given fridge, freezer and cupboard space or you could opt for a small fridge in your room if you prefer. there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, all pots pans cutely etc are available for use.
We are very clean and tidy and would expect the same from you please
We have a nice garden with outside seating areas.
Smoking is acceptable, but please in the garden, not in the house
