There are also two living rooms so no problem if we want to watch different things on TV (Though the second sitting room is not totally private as its used to access the dining room and kitchen from the rest of the house, the house is a very characterful 16th century property with a somewhat unusual layout!)
I have a cat so no dogs or cats I'm afraid. Other than that I'm fairly laid back and easy going.
Short term lets no problem but would need to negotiate the price on application.
