The rent will include a pleasantly fully furnished single room with wireless internet access and T. V. You Would share the bathroom, and kitchen which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Rent includes gas electricity and council tax.
This is a well decorated 3 bedroom house, with no parking restrictions. It is a short walk from all major shopping stores ie. Tesco, Aldi, Lidal's, Wicks, Curry's etc. and a short bus ride from Romford or Ilford shopping centre. It is also a 5 to 10 mins walk to Goodmayes station, King George Hospital and Redbridge Collage.
Goodmayes station Elisabeth Line direct into Liverpool Street station and takes only 20 minutes. Only West Field Shopping centre at Stratford. This would also be ideal for a seven days a week or Monday to Friday let, ideal for someone who is working in London or local. It is not suitable for anyone with there own furnishings, as it is fully furnished. Will accept 5 days a week lets.
