The room is available for a professional (students may be considered) only to live with a family. The room is in a large and beautiful house in a very desirable and sought after location to live in.

The property has excellent transport links and is only 3 minutes walk to Goodmayes Mainline train station which goes to Stratford and Liverpool Street and 1 minute walk to the Bus Stops with direct buses to Stratford, Barking and Romford. There is also ample free parking outside the property if required. Also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores. Access to recreation ground immediately outside with Free Tennis courts and multi sports play area.

The tenant required must be a single professional who is a non smoker, non alcohol drinker and has no pets. Prospective tenants must have a right to live and work in the UK and must be able to provide evidence of this with a valid passport and proof of employment. The tenant will be living with a family. The tenant must be clean and tidy and maintain a respectable manner with adults or children living in the house. The host family will do the same.

The property is kept clean and tidy. Communal areas will be kept clean by the host family. The tenant is required to keep their bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy at all times.

Rent is £125. 00 per week. One month deposit and rent will be required at the start of the contract.

No Smoking, Alcohol or Pets allowed.
