Double room at the back of the house on the ground floor with french doors to garden in a large Victorian house. Toilet and kitchen on same level plus another toilet. The toilet is located next to the room and although accessible to everyone tends to be used almost solely by whoever tenants that room. Bathroom with corner bath and large shower over upstairs, shared with one other only as three of the other rooms have ensuite showers. 2 fridge freezers. Shared dining room. Quiet household. Close to all shops, supermarkets, Leisure Centre, park. 1 min walk to bus stop on High Road. Inclusive all bills and wi-fi. I no longer live at the premises. Am out of the country at present but can be contacted via email, Whatsapp or text. Arrangements can be made for viewing via one of the current tenants and deposit and rent is paid direct into my account. A contract can also be done, if required.
