The two rooms resides on the top level of the house (third floor) and comes part-furnished with double beds, chest of draws, desk and a standing clothes rail rack. The two rooms have access to its own shared toilet and shower room on the same floor. We have also provided extra storage compartments to store any of your belongings.

Room 1 - £625 (inclusive of bills) - Will be available from the 17th Jan 2014 - At the moment taken by the current occupier

The largest of the room as you can see from the photos boost ample space to take full advantage of. To put you in the picture how big it is, this room can easily fit another double bed.

Room 2 - £550 (inclusive of bills) - Will be available from the 3rd Jan 2015.

The smaller room out the two is also a very good size and leads to additional loft space where you have the added benefit of using. This a communial shared loft so access to it will be needed on occasions. But we always notify you if we need access.

The house is conveniently situated just 5 minutes up the road near to a local Tesco express, dentist, doctors and pharmacy. There are lots of jogging paths for those who like to run and nature walks.

It takes 15 - 20 mins to get to Chafford Hundred train station on foot alternatively there is a bus stop very nearby going to the station and Lakeside shopping centre - journey time 10 mins.

The house is also in walking distance to Bannatynes Gym, Absolute Gym, large Sainsbury's and local bar/pubs.

Driving - Easy access to the motorways, M25, A13.
