.A professional couple are looking for a friendly, cat loving female on a mid to long term basis.

We both work Monday-Friday and we like to relax with a film or cooking great food in the evening and bbq's on the weekend.

We have two well behaved black 11month cats who we would want you to treat as your own.

Our private garden has a patio area, lawn and shed with a garden gate which gives access to communal parking. There is plenty of communal/visitor parking.

The room includes a double divan bed, curtains, wardrobe, desk, shelf storage and chest of draws.. We have broadband, washing machine and Dishwasher. All bills included as well as free broadband, TV, cleaning products (toilet roll) and you can use all kitchen utensils, plates, Hoover, washing machine. There is also a fridge for your sole use and space in the freezer.

The flat is in walking distance of Chafford Hundred Station/Lakeside and is a short commute into London.

If you would prefer the room on a Monday-Friday basis only, we will be able to offer a reduced rent.

* Security deposit negotiable and amount refunded when the contract ends as long as there are no damages/unpayment of rent.
