I have a double room for rent in my 6 bedroom, 3 reception room executive house. I rent 3 rooms and have been renting rooms for 12 years.

The room available is furnished with a 4 drawer double divan bed with memory mattress.

It currently has a bedside cabinet, 1 double and 2 single wardrobes, above radiator shelving unit, freestanding shelving unit.
The room comes complete with hangers, full length wall mirror, waste bin, linen basket, bedside lamp, multi plug extension with surge protection, wall mounted magnetic board and over the radiator towel rail.

In the kitchen you will have your own allocated cupboard, shelf in the fridge and drawer in the freezer.

Very clean and tidy situated on the ground floor next to the cloakroom.

Broadband included.

Shared space includes:-
Lounge with wall mounted flat screen TV and virgin media cable with on demand.
Dining Room
Kitchen (well equipped)including TV
Ground floor cloakroom
Bathroom with shower
Utility room (with washing machine)
Garden with BBQ, Patio furniture and sun loungers

I do all the `housework` but you would be requested to maintain your room and clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, shared areas etc.

This is a relaxed, easy going house with respectable, friendly, professional housemates.

Indoor pet a corn snake (kept under lock and key).
Free range chickens live out the back and have their own fenced hen-house and run. They are quiet hens and NO cockerel!

This is a welcoming house which offers quiet, comfortable stress free living.

Situated one minute walk from the 33 bus stop, 25 minute walk to Chafford Hundred station with Lakeside bridge connection. 10 minute walk to local shops and Chafford Hundred nature reserve.
Please be advised that the 33 bus only operates until 8pm and not at all on a Sunday.

Due to my seafood allergy NO fish or seafood can be brought into the house - sorry.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful, Professional Female who works full time to compliment the existing housemates.
