Double Room to rent
2 bedroom Maisonette Flat in Chafford Hundred.
Modern flat situated 5 minute walk to Chafford Hundred Station and Tesco Express. 10 minute walk to Lakeside, Sainsburys and local Gym.
Private car park.
I am going to be moving out, so looking for friendly, chilled person to move in with my current 27 year old female flatmate. Looking at the beginning of March but flexible with date if wanted to move in earlier, not a problem.
Rent is £412 per month with bills on top, which average about £550 per month. Most bills paid quarterly.
We have furnished the flat but most will be staying. I own the double bed currently could negotiate selling if needed.
Looking for a formal arrangement, so will include signing lease with landlords. Flexible in terms of length, if you are looking for short or long term.
This really is a lovely flat and I have lived here very happily for 2 years. Safe neighbourhood close to rail links. Perfect for anyone working in the area or commuting to London.
