2) All of the above but a reasonable size small double room which is £106 per week inclusive of all bills, Broadband, SKY TV and a weekly cleaner.

3) A lovely modern double room with its own full size ensuite bathroom, including full size bath etc, in a modern house in central chelmsford. Shared kitchen & lounge (tv and Sky+), Large Garden and BBQ area, parking and storage, Broadband, SKY TV and a Weekly Cleaner, plus all mod cons. The room is fully furnished with solid pine furniture at £139 per week fully inclusive(or can be rented as unfurnished).
