I have a double room available in my 2 Bedroom flat, situated in a purpose built apartment block at the end of a quiet culdesac. Its 3min walk to Grange hill Tube station, 10min walk to Hainault tube station(central line) and close to local bus services.

Its a sizeable room but comfortable, fully furnished, large bathroom and sizeable lounge area. The room is available now for £400 per month with a months deposit, all bills included bill (electric/gas, council tax/sky tv/internet/phone). Would require a months notice before departure.
