Im looking for a mature professional female to house share with me, good size Double bedroom in a clean, well kept house in a quite cul-de-sac - in a good part of Clacton. Full use of communal areas of house offered including front and secluded back garden.
Outgoing, friendly and sociable - I work in a local school, and so am looking for an equally easy going professional female.
Smokers are welcome to smoke in the gardens etc, but I would ask that there is no smoking in the house itself.
Rent includes all bills and council tax as well as free Wifi.
