Please take time to read the information below during busy periods I do not get a chance to reply to all messages straight away.

All rooms are single persons regardless if it is a double room.

If you do decide to take the room then you will have to pay £100 to secure the room.

A £150 as a deposit and one months rent in advance.

The following bills are included Gas, Water, Electricity and Broadband are included but a fair usage policy applies.

I must stress that council tax is not included.

I am a live out landlord and you will be living with other students.

The room is tidy , the pictures of the room may show unfurnished but do infact come furnished each room has a bed , wardrobe , desk and chair.

The property is close to Tesco Supermarket / University (25/30 min walk to University) and short bus ride to Colchester Town Centre and train station.

It is in fact faster to walk from the house to University as opposed to taking the bus to campus.

House is double glazed and all rooms are gas central heating.

There is parking available in the driveway and off road.

The property has a Kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave , toaster and kettle. bathroom and two toilets you have access to all of them.

There is a bus stop nearby by the postcode of the property is CO4 XXX .

First group operate the buses in this area if you Google Colchester and firstgroup you will see the relevant operator for this area.

Unfortunately I am not in a position to give personal details about the house members - if you come along to visit the house you are welcome to introduce yourself to other housemates who in most cases will be students at the University of Essex.

No pets are allowed and the house is no smoking property.
