All bills included (except use of house phone) Broadband wireless internet, TV license etc. All mod cons (washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher) and cleaner for communal areas.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
The house is three storey. The second floor has a shower and toilet, but there is also a main bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor available for use.

READ CAREFULLY:
4 weeks damage deposit (refundable only after satisfactory vacation of property) and also one months rent required in advance, then due each calendar month. If you cannot afford the deposit and rent, please do not bother coming to view as I WILL NOT CHANGE THE TERMS.
All room prices are for single occupancy only, for double occupancy please add an additional 35%!
Short term lets are available at £150 per week (single occupancy).
