I have a wonderful, DOUBLE in a fantastic view of Hilly Fields. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe, although if you have your own furniture that is also fine as I have store rooms to store the rooms furniture if needed. The room is available straight away and couples are welcome for an additional £10 per week towards the extra utilities.

WHERE IS THE PROPERTY?
It's a perfect location - just a five minute walk to all that the Town Centre has to offer, a 15 minute walk to North Station and it's on the doorstep of the Colchester Insitute - yet the house overlooks parkland, also giving it a peaceful vibe.

WHO IS THE RIGHT TENANT?

The house is fully furnished to the highest standards with flatscreen TV in the lounge, a large kitchen/diner, all equipment, ample cupboard space, three fridge/freezers, dishwasher and a microwave, a separate utility area with the washing machine and tumble dryer and a pretty garden.
