Double Room - Close to Colchester Town

Hi,

I have a furnished double room available for a single person from the 25th July; I'm looking for someone professional or post graduate that is laid back, clean and tidy.

The flat is couple years old (2nd floor) and is located just off Brook Street. It is about a 7 minute walk from the town centre and has easy access to both Town/Hythe stations. There is no parking at the flat, however, there may be local alternative options.

The room is furnished with double bed, two bedside units and chest of draws, bookcase, wardrobe and have primary use of bathroom which has bath and shower. The room has a new smart TV installed. Also your own space in Kitchen, Fridge/Freezer that includes Dishwasher, Microwave and Washer/Dryer.

Bills include, Council Tax, Gas & Electric, Water, Wireless Fibre Broadband and a four-weekly professional clean.

I am a 35 year old professional male that works in London. I'm easy going, into sci-fi/crime/comedy/mixed TV, going to the gym, running, cycling and watching films.

Please NO COUPLES or families.
