We have a single bedroom PERFECT for Essex Uni students in my modern and tidy 4-bedroom house.

The room is ideal for Essex Uni students as we offer Money-Saving 9 to 10 month contracts with NO Agent fees and NO Referencing fees at all, unlike most other landlords/agents.

We have a medium-sized garden and our house is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We do not have any pets and don't smoke. I live with my teenage daughter. However, my son will come from University occasionally.

The medium-sized single room available comes with all the required amenities, including a single bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe, mirror, etc. We have 2 bathrooms at home, 1 of them is very closely located to your room.

A direct bus goes to the Uni from our home, which is about 20-30 minutes journey (during peak times) to the University of Essex. Buses are regular and the bus-stop is close to the house, being only 2 minutes walk away. There are a choice of buses you can take, making your travel options more convenient. The house is close by to the town centre (only 10-15 minutes by bus), where there is a cinema, plenty of shops, restaurants, leisure centre, libraries, historical monuments, etc.

Having considered the room available, I would like to charge rental of just £435 per calendar month (pcm). This is inclusive of all bills, including water, electricity, gas and high-speed wireless internet. Included in this price is also use of the washing machine and cooking facilities.
