Room to rent

A room to rent within a 2 bed house, its less than ten minutes walk to North station and ideal for commuters or in fact anyone living in Colchester that wants/needs to be able to get into the town center easily. All rooms are a decent size. Its a Victorian property with wooden floors throughout so the property has plenty of character, the garden is 120ft long, a great asset in the summer!

I work as a graphic designer at an agency not far from Liverpool street and moved back to Colchester last year to buy I now commute into work. I generally get back early evening and relax. Weekends are a mix of visiting people locally.

I'm looking for a friendly professional housemate. Ideally for a 6 month rental period but that could be extended to a year after that period.

The photo of the room is as it was when I moved in its now painted white so its nice and clean and actually overlooks the garden, as the house backs onto fields its a great view to wake upto.
