There is a large kitchen table and a comfortable sofa for you to sit back, relax, chat with friends or watch TV. The garden has a good-sized terrace area with furniture. A secure bike shed is available.

The Rental 🏡
The room would suit a professional / mature student.
This is an all-girls household and we are looking for a friendly lady to join
We are sorry but we CANNOT accept a couple, children or pets
All utility bills included: water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence for communal TV, WiFi and weekly cleaner
Washing machine and tumble dryer (small PAYG charge for using these)

✅ A holding deposit of up to one week's rent secures the room and is refundable off your first rent payment
Rent is due on the first of the month - if you move in midway through a month you will pay pro rata rent for the first month. Deposit of one month’s rent protected with the DPS

Applicants in receipt of benefits will be considered. References are required for all tenants and you may need to provide a guarantor or other security.
