Double room in modern apartment

Great opportunity to live close to Colchester town centre in a modern apartment.

There is a spare double room in my two bed flat as one of the current flat mates has had to move out. The other tenant is staying and therefore we are looking for a new housemate to sign a joint agreement with him.

The flat is a good size with great shared kitchen/living/dining room and one large bathroom.

My current flatmate is 28 so looking for someone of a similar age who is friendly, tidy and enjoys socialising.

The bedroom is nicely furnished with a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers, and will be ready to move straight in to. We have a car park for which you will have a permit.

The tenancy agreement will be a joint contract with my current flatmate, and you will spilt the bills, likely to be around £150 each.
