Rooms are clean and tidy and furnished,

Its a 3x bed house, 2 x singles rooms and the double bedroom.

Large living room and kitchen, full use of all areas as needed, power shower, toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridges and cooker,

Each lodger will have their own fridge and cupboard space.

Bedroom has its own lock and key.

There are no active phones in any of the rooms.

Wi-fi available for small extra charge

House is double glazed and all rooms are central heated.
