The room has a comfy double bed, with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The room does not have an ensuite but there is a private bathroom adjacent to the room, and would be for the sole use of whoever moves in. There is a large shared living space with a open plan kitchen with white goods.

There is also a Residents Gym available. The property is the top floor/penthouse apartment and also has a large sun terrace which is lovely in the summer! The flat is in also within walking distance from North Station as well as the town centre.

Bills are approximately £30 each month.

Fees -

I am asking for a months rent as a deposit.
