Doublr Room! Great Location!

I have a double room coming available that is in an excellent location for the University and Colchester Town. The University and Tesco at the Hythe are a short walk away and Town is also only a 15 min walk. Main bus routes operate from virtually outside the house and there is free 'permit free' parking outside the property.
The room is of double size with matching furniture including a built in wardrobe/cupboard, another freestanding wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinet and desk with office chair. The room is at the back of the house so very quiet therefore ideal for those that are serious about their studies. The communal areas include a sitting/dining room which has had new carpet laid only a few weeks ago. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with all the usual facilities. tv points are located in every room and broadband is also included in the rental price (wireless or wired)
The house is at present all male although it is a lady that is leaving having been there for 3 years. The tenants are all very friendly and welcoming and keep the house clean and tidy so any new prospective housemate must be willing to participate in a cleaning rota.
