Double room with en-suite on it's own floor

A fantastic double room with ensuite has recently become vacant in our house due to a long standing housemate moving elsewhere in the country. The house is a newly built, town house to the West of Colchester's center.

The room itself is extremely private as it is the only bedroom on the ground ground floor of the 3 story house. Also on the ground floor is a small utility room which you are welcome to take full advantage of (with a toaster and microwave oven it would form a useful/basic kitchen area exclusively for the tenant). The only communal element of the entire floor being that the shared washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the utility room.

The kitchen and living room are situated on the middle floor and both are spacious. We try to keep all shared areas clean and tidy so that they are welcoming areas to spend time in. The kitchen is fully appointed with double oven/grill, gas hob, a microwave and a large dining table for eating and socialising.

The current tenants include myself, Jonathan, and Nikoletta. I work Mon-Fri in Chelmsford and Mary works locally in town.
