I am looking for a professional individual that will take the same pride in the house that I do and maintain it too a high standard keeping it clean and tidy. The tenant will be able to enjoy the double bedroom overlooking the rear garden with kingsize bed however I'm happy to let the room unfurnished. Please note that parking is available for one car at the rear of the property and Wifi is also included along with other bills. Please note strictly no smokers.
