We have a spare room in a 3 bed house 1 minute from Tesco.
The current housemates are two males (studying maths and economics). No preference on gender.
The house is very spacious and clean set across 3 floors with two bathrooms, large lounge & kitchen and big garage (with table tennis/ gym equipment). Rent is £300 excluding bills.
With bills we are paying £366 a month (or around £390 if not a student).
There is 1 spare parking space left which is set away from the main road.
10 minute walk to campus, one minute walk to Tesco and two minutes to Hythe Station.
