We are looking for a second FEMALE TENANT who would like to live in a large, five-bedroom house in North Fambridge near Maldon, Essex. We have a single furnished room available. Rent includes the free run of the many rooms in the house including two tv lounges. No petty rules or restrictions - free to come and go as you wish. We really are free-and-easy and open-minded on almost everything and are looking for a similarly minded lady, so if the idea of us or our other tenant being casually dressed on the first floor worries you, this may not be for you! We are looking for a lady who will socialise more than wanting to live in isolation in her room, although there is plenty of privacy in her own area.
Well situated in a rural location just 8 minutes walk to the railway station, 10 minutes drive to Maldon and South Woodham Ferrers. Just under an hour on the train to London.
We think a likely age would be around 25-35ish. The only stipulation is that any tenant must be a non-smoker.
