The kitchen and bathroom are the only shared rooms. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, washing machine, gas cooker, microwave and kettle. The bathroom has a combined bath and shower, wash hand basin and toilet with shelving for toiletries.

Each level of the property has a smoke alarm installed.

Laundry detergent, household cleaning and bathroom/kitchen provisions (kitchen paper towels, toilet paper) are included in the rent. The rent is £550 per month and is inclusive of all bills and council tax.

There are no other housemates living in the property; just me and my cat.

The room is available to a person who is in full-time employment. The room is not suitable for couples and neither is it suitable for persons with children.
