I am renting out my spare room in Collier row. I live in a 2 bedroom house just off White Hart Lane (the collier row end). Near to shops and the bus that goes to Romford station and also Hainault station.
The house is clean and modern. Kitchen has dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and big double oven and underfloor heating. Good size front room and dining room. I have Virgin TV channels including sky sports and movies and also fast broadband. The room I am renting is furnished with super kingsize bed and has one set of draws and a built in wardrobe. Shared bathroom with p shape bath and shower. Separate toilet. Small patio back garden and also space on the drive to park a car if required.
£580 per month. Inc all bills
I work in London so I am out during the day on weekdays and also have a busy social life at weekends.
