We have 1 lovely bright and spacious room available in a 3 bed newly refurbished house. The room is a very good size, the photos don't do it justice, its a must see as it is much bigger than pictures can show.
We are looking for a nice, down to earth, tidy person.
The house has gone under major refurbishment and everything is brand new inside out. The room has big windows so a lot of natural day light. The house has main bathroom with bathtub/shower on the 2nd floor and also another toilet on the ground floor. There is a big garden with a lovely terrace. We are looking for a professional person who is clean, bubbly and respects everyone's privacy.
Virgin fibre optic broadband is available. The house has laminate floors throughout, including the rooms, the passage way, stairs etc. Romford station is 10 min away by bus. Also Dagenham East station is 15 min walk, or 5 min to bus stop and 5 min to the station by bus/car. Shops close by, tesco's, corner shops, hair salon, morrisons (10 min walk). Main shopping centre The Brewery and also Liberty shopping centre with all the high street shops like Topman, Choice, Debenhams is 10-15 min by bus from the house, so you dont need to travel to central London to see some nice shops.
we have a dog (king charles) and a cat living with us, which are very friendly and overall are quiet pets. The house is kept clean, so we are only looking to rent the room out to a clean person who picks up after themselves.. Please do not call if you know you are a messy person, as this would be a problem... Unfortunately the website only lets me upload 5 pictures, so I can't show more detail. Lovely quiet area, away from the main road, big park across the road and a gold club. No couples as we are looking for 1 person per room only. We are looking for someone who is clean and honest.
